Returns & Exchanges

iAnyWear understands online purchases require flexibility and we wish to provide you the most enjoyable shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority.


Delivery Guarantee:


iAnyWear guarantee that your package will be safely delivered to you as long as you have provided us the correct shipping address. We will be fully responsible for any lost shipment.


Our Exchange Policy:


1. Simply email cs@ianywear.com to get a Return authorization number (RAN) within 7 days of receipt of goods should you are not completely happy with your order.

2. Once you have a Return authorization number, you have 7 days to send back to items to our Hong Kong office. We highly recommend you to send your items back to us via Air Mail at your local Post office with a tracking reference as the package is not our responsibility until it reaches us. We are not responsible for any lost return shipment.

3. You need to pay for the return shipping fee for your refund or exchange request.

4. We will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days upon receipt of your returned item(s).

5. Please note that we only accept exchange of unworn and unwashed merchandise with original packaging.

6. Earrings and Hair Accessories are final sale and will not offer any exchange or refund.

7. Discount items are final sale and will not offer exchange or refund.


Please inform our customer service at cs@ianywear.com to get your return authorization number before you wish to return any of your item(s) to us. We will not cater any return or exchange without prior notification to our customer service.
